Francisco Aguilar -


Francisco serves as a Partner of Blueprint Sports & Entertainment. A graduate of the University of Arizona, recently, Francisco spent a year working at Adidas Global Headquarters in Germany as a member of the Brand Sustainability Team.

Prior to his time with Adidas, Francisco served as General Counsel for Agassi/Graf, the management company for professional tennis stars Andre Agassi and Stefanie Graf, and the Andre Agassi Foundation for Education. Additionally, Nevada Governor’s Jim Gibbons and Brian Sandoval appointed Francisco to serve on the Nevada Athletic Commission, which regulates boxing and mixed martial arts for three terms. During two of those years, he served as the youngest Chairman of the Commission in Nevada State history.

Rob Sine -


A former student-athlete and graduate of Penn State University, Rob is a dynamic and creative marketing revenue chief with over two decades of success at the highest professional sports, live entertainment, and collegiate sports levels. A keynote speaker annually at premier professional and college sports and entertainment conferences, Rob received the honor by the Sports Business Journal of being listed as “Power Player in the Industry.”

Rob’s career includes working with teams and organizations in the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, NCAA, NASCAR, WNBA, MLS, CFL, and the Pac-12 Conference. Agencies worked for: IMG, Endeavor, Learfield, and AEG.

Danh Truong -

Chief Technology Officer

Danh serves as Chief Technology Officer for Blueprint Sports & Entertainment. Danh attended the University of Arizona and brings a passion for sports with an expertise in application development, website, graphic design, software coding, and digital design.

A diverse set of career experiences have allowed Danh to amass a wealth of experience facilitating company launches, forging strategic relationships, and promoting scalable business growth. Danh started his first business while still attending the University of Arizona to pay for college. When this venture proved successful, he continued to expand his company’s offerings with several subsidiaries under one umbrella, all serving small businesses’ technology needs within his community.

Shawn Cable -

Chief Financial Officer

Shawn serves as Chief Financial Officer of Blueprint Sports & Entertainment. A graduate of UNLV, Shawn brings many years of CFO experience working with the Andre Agassi Foundation for Education and Agassi Graf in Las Vegas, NV.

Before joining Agassi Graf, Shawn worked for Syncon Homes, a regional real estate developer focused on residential homebuilding, commercial & golf course properties, and the Corporate Controller for all divisions. His primary responsibilities were financial reporting, project analysis, and working with government agencies. Before Syncon Homes, Shawn worked for many publicly-held, and private real estate development companies focused on residential and commercial development throughout the United States.

Allison Monette, MCM-

Vice President of Marketing and Communications

Allison Monette serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications. In her role, Monette directs strategic initiatives, branding and marketing across Blueprint’s national portfolio of collectives. An Emmy Award-winning communications professional with more than 16 years of experience, Monette began her career as a television news reporter for the NBC affiliate KNDU-TV in Washington. Since leaving the newsroom, her work has focused on helping nonprofits and government agencies advance their missions through strategic communications, digital marketing and social media. Prior to joining the Blueprint team, Monette served as Director of Communications and Brand Management at Vegas PBS and an adjunct professor at the UNLV Hank Greenspun School of Journalism and Media Studies.

Monette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Spanish from the University of San Diego and a Master of Communication Management degree from the University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. She is a member of the Junior League of Las Vegas, Latinas In Power, Alpha Chi Omega Alumni, and the Las Vegas Innovation Marketing Association. In 2022, Monette was named a “40 under 40” honoree by VEGAS INC. She has received various PRSA Pinnacle Awards, AAF Addy Awards, and Telly Awards.

Casey Shaw -

Vice President of Sales

Casey Shaw serves as the Vice President of Sales for the West. In this role, he is responsible for setting revenue goals and providing strategic guidance to maximize business opportunities and relationships, along with developing new partnership deals on a regional and national level. Shaw has over two decades of experience as a sports marketing industry executive working for the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sounders Football Club (FC), and IMG/Learfield. During his tenure at the Seahawks, Shaw managed the sales and service teams which contributed to record setting attendance numbers and revenue for the franchise. At the Sounders FC, Shaw sold managed large corporate partnerships while also overseeing the suite and premium seating departments to unprecedented revenue gains.
Prior to joining Blueprint Sports, Shaw spent nearly six years developing and managing multi-media partnerships for University of Washington Athletics working with prominent national and regional brands. He was recognized as a Learfield Chairman's Club award winner for the 2019-2020 season as a top nationwide revenue producer. Shaw holds a bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Washington. He's an avid college sports fan and excited to help create opportunities for college athletes.

Matt Lopes -

National General Manager

A former student-athlete and graduate of the University of Southern California, Matt is a young and rising leader in the sports business space.

As a football player at USC, Matt was named Second-Team All Pac-12 and Special Teams Player of the Year (USC) in 2017. Most recently, Matt has worked at USC as a Recruiting and Personnel Assistant, served as a position group leader at the 2020 Senior Bowl, conducted research projects regarding NFL prospects and free-agent clients for a top-tier NFL agency, coached at Elite 11 Regional camps and assisted one of the top quarterback trainers in the country in training NFL quarterbacks. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Sports Management at Texas A&M University and is expected to graduate in July 2022.

Thomas Fletcher -

Athlete Advisor/Co-Founder

Thomas Fletcher is an American football long snapper for the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL). He started every game during his four season career playing college football at The University of Alabama where he finished perfect on all snapping duties. During his collegiate football career Thomas earned the honor of the Patrick Mannelly Award, multiple All American Honors, and was named the Nations’ Top Long Snapper. As a two season game captain Thomas played an integral role in Alabama winning two National Championships. As his collegiate career came to a close Thomas was drafted by the Panthers in the sixth round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Thomas is experienced in an array of different markets having lived different parts of his life in California, Washington, Texas, Florida, Alabama, Arizona and North Carolina.

Hailey Tucker -

Digital Media Manager

Hailey serves as the Digital Media Manager. In her role, Hailey oversees all social media strategy for Blueprint Sports and its collectives. Additionally, she creates original content for social media and other digital platforms, while working with each collective to tell its unique story. Hailey most recently worked for AEG as the Social Media Manager for Crypto.com Arena, Microsoft Theater and L.A. LIVE connecting followers with some of the country’s biggest live music events, award shows and sporting events. Previously, Hailey worked with the Southern California Golf Association’s youth foundation helping underserved communities experience the positive benefits of golf. Hailey has also worked with Major League Baseball and the Los Angeles Kings. A graduate of the USC with a degree in journalism, Hailey spent several of her collegiate years as the Sports Editor for the university’s Daily Trojan.

Lily Turner -

General Manager

Lily serves as the General Manager of student-athlete and client relations in the Las Vegas region. She attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and majored in Business Management. While a student, she worked at the Tennessee Fund, the development arm of the athletic department, with season ticket holders and major donors. Her senior year, she worked as a recruiting assistant for Tennessee Football, managing and building relationships with prospects. Most recently, Lily worked in the MiLB as a community relations manager.

Matt Santangelo -

General Manager

Matt serves as the General Manager of student-athlete and client relations in the Spokane Region. Matt Santangelo (Class of 2000) was the starting point guard for Gonzaga basketball from 1997-2000. Touted as the highest ranked recruit at the time, Matt lead the Zags onto the national scene with a run to the 1999 NCAA Elite Eight. They followed the Cinderella season with a Sweet 16 appearance in 2000. Those historic seasons were the start of the greatest story in college basketball. Matt graduated from Gonzaga as number 3 all-time scoring leader, and number 1 all-time assist leader. He remains in the top 10 in both categories. During his time at GU, he was recognized as All-Conference multiple years, honorable mention All-American and won a gold medal on the 22-under Team USA national team. Following GU, Matt played professionally throughout Europe for the better part of 7 seasons being named to the All-Rookie Team in the Spanish ACB league and winning an Italian Serie A Championship in 2006.  Most recently, Matt was the Executive Director of the world’s largest 3on3 basketball tournament, Hoopfest. He lives in Spokane, WA with his wife Cathy and their 3 children (Calvin, Luca and Stella). He is proud Zag and excited to still play a positive role with a program and university he believes in. 

Shaniqua Nilles -

Associate General Manager

Shaniqua serves as the Associate General Manager of student-athlete and client relations in the Spokane Region

A four-year letterer in three sports (volleyball, basketball and track and field) from West Valley High School, Shaniqua Nilles stayed in her hometown of Spokane, Washington to attend one of the best programs in the nation. Shaniqua (Class of 2016) was a member of the Gonzaga Women’s Basketball program from 2011-2016. As a junior in 2015, Shaniqua helped the Zags in an impressive NCAA Tournament run, defeating Oregon State on their homecourt to advance to the Sweet 16. During her time at GU, she was recognized as All-Academic Conference multiple years and earned her Master’s degree after graduating in three and a half years. Following GU, Shaniqua played professionally throughout Europe and in Australia for six seasons. Shaniqua lives in Spokane with her daughter, Nevaeh. She is proud to call herself a Zag and eager to help student-athletes navigate this exciting NIL space.

Joey Medina -

General Manager

Joey serves as the General Manager of student-athlete and client relations in the Tucson Region

Joey Medina III (born September 12, 1981 in Delano, California) offers 18 years of successful business and consulting experience. His passion for athletics is what brought him to the Old Pueblo where he attended the University of Arizona from 1999 – 2004. During that time Joey served as a football manager for the Arizona Football team and was responsible for the development of 10 student managers.

After graduating from the University of Arizona, Joey was hired by Compupay Inc., now BenefitMall, the largest privately held payroll, tax filing, human resources, and general agency service in the United States. During his 16 years at BenefitMall, Joey built strong business relationships with the accounting, broker, and banking communities. While at BenefitMall, his honors include 36 straight District Manager of the Quarter awards, 15 straight Chairman’s Circles (including 3 Crystal Awards), and the Millionaires Club Award.

Kevin Jansen -

General Manager

Kevin Jansen’s professional experience is split between marketing communications and operations, where he’s learned the importance of sound marketing strategies, strong support teams and comprehensive processes and systems. He has worked in a large organization and closely held private companies and in all scenarios, he has seen that success follows when the right people are involved and in the right seats on the bus. Personally, Kevin was born and raised in Toledo and grew up as a Toledo Rocket fan and supporter. He is married to his wife, Allyson, and they are expecting their first children (twin girls) in October 2022.

John Hoover -

General Manager

A retired marketing and business development executive, John Hoover has more than 30 years of experience managing high volume businesses and developing new business strategies. Prior to joining Friends of Rocky, Hoover worked at The Andersons, Inc. as the Marketing and Business Development Director. He has a wealth of experience in e-commerce, CRM campaign management, corporate philanthropy and community capital fundraising. Hoover also serves as the Athletics Program Chair for Central Catholic High School’s Board of Directors, and is a member of the National Football Foundation Board, the Luken T. Boyle Campaign for Kindness Board and more. He holds a BSBA from Bowling Green State University and has also attended Wittenberg University and the University of Toledo. Hoover is married and has six children, two of whom played football at Duke University and the Ohio State University.
