Francisco serves as a Partner of Blueprint Sports & Entertainment. A graduate of the University of Arizona, recently, Francisco spent a year working at Adidas Global Headquarters in Germany as a member of the Brand Sustainability Team.Prior to his time with Adidas, Francisco served as General Counsel for Agassi/Graf, the management company for professional tennis stars Andre Agassi and Stefanie Graf, and the Andre Agassi Foundation for Education. Additionally, Nevada Governor’s Jim Gibbons and Brian Sandoval appointed Francisco to serve on the Nevada Athletic Commission, which regulates boxing and mixed martial arts for three terms. During two of those years, he served as the youngest Chairman of the Commission in Nevada State history.
A former student-athlete and graduate of Penn State University, Rob is a dynamic and creative marketing revenue chief with over two decades of success at the highest professional sports, live entertainment, and collegiate sports levels. A keynote speaker annually at premier professional and college sports and entertainment conferences, Rob received the honor by the Sports Business Journal of being listed as “Power Player in the Industry.”Rob’s career includes working with teams and organizations in the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, NCAA, NASCAR, WNBA, MLS, CFL, and the Pac-12 Conference. Danh serves as Chief Technology Officer for Blueprint Sports & Entertainment. Danh attended the University of Arizona and brings a passion for sports with an expertise in application development, website, graphic design, software coding, and digital design.A diverse set of career experiences have allowed Danh to amass a wealth of experience facilitating company launches, forging strategic relationships, and promoting scalable business growth. Danh started his first business while still attending the University of Arizona to pay for college. When this venture proved successful, he continued to expand his company’s offerings with several subsidiaries under one umbrella, all serving small businesses’ technology needs within his community.
Shawn serves as Chief Financial Officer of Blueprint Sports & Entertainment. A graduate of UNLV, Shawn brings many years of CFO experience working with the Andre Agassi Foundation for Education and Agassi Graf in Las Vegas, NV.Before joining Agassi Graf, Shawn worked for Syncon Homes, a regional real estate developer focused on residential homebuilding, commercial & golf course properties, and the Corporate Controller for all divisions. His primary responsibilities were financial reporting, project analysis, and working with government agencies. Before Syncon Homes, Shawn worked for many publicly-held, and private real estate development companies focused on residential and commercial development throughout the United States.
A former student-athlete and graduate of the University of Southern California, Matt is a young and rising leader in the sports business space.As a football player at USC, Matt was named Second-Team All Pac-12 and Special Teams Player of the Year (USC) in 2017. Most recently, Matt has worked at USC as a Recruiting and Personnel Assistant, served as a position group leader at the 2020 Senior Bowl, conducted research projects regarding NFL prospects and free-agent clients for a top-tier NFL agency, coached at Elite 11 Regional camps and assisted one of the top quarterback trainers in the country in training NFL quarterbacks. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Sports Management at Texas A&M University and is expected to graduate in July 2022.
Ben serves as Director – National Strategy & Programing for Blueprint Sports focused on building and delivering industry-leading NIL Collectives by teaming with the most passionate alumni and former student-athletes. A graduate of the University of Florida where he help establish a $1,000 scholarship program for business majors, and The George Washington University Law School, where he was awarded the Cooley Memorial Award at graduation, which is given to a member of the graduating class who shared most generously his time, compassion, and vitality to aid in the intellectual and spiritual growth of fellow students.Prior to joining Blueprint Sports, Ben specialized in Litigation Defense and Education Law & Policy. He has worked or interned for the U.S. Department of Education, EducationCounsel a Nelson Mullins property, Wicker Smith, DC Office of the Attorney General, and the Walt Disney Company. If you ever run into Ben, there is a 97% chance Ben is repping Florida Gators gear.
Thomas Fletcher (born October 1, 1998) is an American football long snapper for the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL). He started every game during his four season career playing college football at The University of Alabama where he finished perfect on all snapping duties. During his collegiate football career Thomas earned the honor of the Patrick Mannelly Award, multiple All American Honors, and was named the Nations’ Top Long Snapper. As a two season game captain Thomas played an integral role in Alabama winning two National Championships. As his collegiate career came to a close Thomas was drafted by the Panthers in the sixth round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Thomas is experienced in an array of different markets having lived different parts of his life in California, Washington, Texas, Florida, Alabama, Arizona and North Carolina.
Lily serves as the General Manager of student-athlete and client relations in the Las Vegas region. She attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and majored in Business Management. While a student, she worked at the Tennessee Fund, the development arm of the athletic department, with season ticket holders and major donors. Her senior year, she worked as a recruiting assistant for Tennessee Football, managing and building relationships with prospects. Most recently, Lily worked in the MiLB as a community relations manager.
Matt serves as the General Manager of student-athlete and client relations in the Spokane Region.
Matt Santangelo (Class of 2000) was the starting point guard for Gonzaga basketball from 1997-2000. Touted as the highest ranked recruit at the time, Matt lead the Zags onto the national scene with a run to the 1999 NCAA Elite Eight. They followed the Cinderella season with a Sweet 16 appearance in 2000. Those historic seasons were the start of the greatest story in college basketball. Matt graduated from Gonzaga as number 3 all-time scoring leader, and number 1 all-time assist leader. He remains in the top 10 in both categories. During his time at GU, he was recognized as All-Conference multiple years, honorable mention All-American and won a gold medal on the 22-under Team USA national team. Following GU, Matt played professionally throughout Europe for the better part of 7 seasons being named to the All-Rookie Team in the Spanish ACB league and winning an Italian Serie A Championship in 2006. Most recently, Matt was the Executive Director of the world’s largest 3on3 basketball tournament, Hoopfest. He lives in Spokane, WA with his wife Cathy and their 3 children (Calvin, Luca and Stella). He is proud Zag and excited to still play a positive role with a program and university he believes in.
Shaniqua serves as the Associate General Manager of student-athlete and client relations in the Spokane Region
A four-year letterer in three sports (volleyball, basketball and track and field) from West Valley High School, Shaniqua Nilles stayed in her hometown of Spokane, Washington to attend one of the best programs in the nation. Shaniqua (Class of 2016) was a member of the Gonzaga Women’s Basketball program from 2011-2016. As a junior in 2015, Shaniqua helped the Zags in an impressive NCAA Tournament run, defeating Oregon State on their homecourt to advance to the Sweet 16. During her time at GU, she was recognized as All-Academic Conference multiple years and earned her Master’s degree after graduating in three and a half years. Following GU, Shaniqua played professionally throughout Europe and in Australia for six seasons. Shaniqua lives in Spokane with her daughter, Nevaeh. She is proud to call herself a Zag and eager to help student-athletes navigate this exciting NIL space.
Aaron Ford II is General Manager of “Friends of The Pack” for Blueprint Sports. Aaron honed his professional skills in various customer-service-oriented capacities. During his tenures with The Oakland Raiders and UFC Corporate Communications Aaron has employed his skills in commenting, working in a team, managing time, public speaking, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and customers. His innate desires to take initiative, demonstrate leadership, show flexibility, and solve problems have been his most lauded traits in his professional capacities. As an independent contractor, he has experience in talent agency, media liaising, client account acquisition and handling competitive statistical analysis, and general campaign services.
Joey serves as the General Manager of student-athlete and client relations in the Tucson Region
Joey Medina III (born September 12, 1981 in Delano, California) offers 18 years of successful business and consulting experience. His passion for athletics is what brought him to the Old Pueblo where he attended the University of Arizona from 1999 – 2004. During that time Joey served as a football manager for the Arizona Football team and was responsible for the development of 10 student managers.
After graduating from the University of Arizona, Joey was hired by Compupay Inc., now BenefitMall, the largest privately held payroll, tax filing, human resources, and general agency service in the United States. During his 16 years at BenefitMall, Joey built strong business relationships with the accounting, broker, and banking communities. While at BenefitMall, his honors include 36 straight District Manager of the Quarter awards, 15 straight Chairman’s Circles (including 3 Crystal Awards), and the Millionaires Club Award.
Qiava Martinez, a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, is the Vice President of Premium Service and Guest Experience for The Las Vegas Raiders, where she has been with the team for the last twelve years.
Before pursuing a career in the sports industry, Qiava was the publisher and owner of Culture Magazine. The magazine was an outlet used by teenage writers to express their life experiences.
Craig Pintens is a member of the Wisconsin Bar, where he earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University School of Law and his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing cum laude from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater. Craig is currently the Athletic Director at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.A proven athletic administrator with leadership experience at national championship-winning programs, Pintens came to LMU from the University of Oregon, where he served as senior associate athletic director for the past seven years. In that role, he helped lead Oregon’s athletic programs to tremendous success in competition and transformed the fan experience, strategic planning processes, athletics operations, promotions, and fundraising while overseeing the marketing and communications departments.Pintens, who served as National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA) President in 2013-14, guided each of the revenue-producing departments under his oversight at Oregon to increases and achievement of record numbers. Additionally, Pintens helped Oregon build one of the most influential digital and social presences in college athletics.Prior to his tenure at Oregon, Pintens worked in the athletic departments at Louisiana State University, Marquette University, and the University of Texas-Pan American. As he would at Oregon, as Assistant Athletic Director of Marketing at LSU, Pintens implemented strategic ticket sales plans, leading to record ticket sales and attendance numbers, while also developing a social media strategy that led to one of the largest social media imprints in college athletics.At Marquette, he enacted fundraising initiatives that generated more than $2 million while increasing the donor base by 33 percent. At the University of Texas-Pan American, he managed sales, promotions, and game-day operations; he successfully negotiated the university’s first Spanish radio broadcast deal.Pintens is an accomplished public speaker, appearing at conferences throughout the country. The National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators has honored him with 35 awards in the areas of season ticket campaigns, advertising, ticket sales, new media, video, and corporate sponsorship.Pintens resides in Westchester, CA with his wife, Jill, and children Kaitlin, Jackson, Tate, and Avery.
Steve Miller, a graduate of Bradley University, and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, is the Chief Executive Officer of Agassi Graf Holdings. He is responsible for three for-profit entities (Agassi Graf Holdings, BILT by Agassi and Reyes, and Stefanie Graf Ventures, LLC) plus one non-profit foundation (Andre Agassi Foundation for Education).Miller brings a wealth of experience to these positions. He was the CEO of Power Plate International and the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has served as a senior analyst and adjunct professor at the University of Oregon’s Warsaw Sports Marketing Center. Acting as a critical industry specialist, he worked with the Warsaw Center on various initiatives, including industry outreach and research.From 2000-2005, Miller was President & CEO of the Professional Bowlers Association in Seattle. Prior, Miller was the Director of Global Sports Marketing at Nike for over ten years. While at Nike, Miller served in numerous positions, including Director of Athletics, Director of U.S. Sports Marketing, Director of Sports Marketing for the Asia Pacific Region, and Director of NCAA Sports Marketing.Before his work at Nike, Miller served as Director of Athletics at Kansas State University, where he led an effort to turn one of the country’s most losing football programs into a top-five nationally ranked team and 11 straight bowl games. He also supervised the expansion of the university athletic facilities, including a new 13,500-seat basketball arena, a total football renovation, new indoor and outdoor track & field venues, plus the largest fundraising increase in the school’s history.
Tom Fletcher, former student-athlete, graduate of San Diego State University and NFL player, is the Senior Vice President of Marketing Partnerships for the Phoenix Suns (NBA) and Phoenix Mercury (WNBA).Fletcher possesses more than 20 years of professional and collegiate sports experience. Most recently, he spent seven years as a Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development at IMG College, where he oversaw all revenue generation, of multimedia rights over 16 western Division I athletic institutions.Fletcher spent almost a decade as a member of the Portland Trail Blazers (NBA) corporate sponsorships team and as vice president of corporate sales and service, managed revenue generation and service for the team and Rose Garden Arena (now the Moda Center). Before joining the Trail Blazers, Fletcher was the Director of Marketing and Sponsorship for the Special Olympics of Northern California.Tom and his wife Tamy have two college-aged children, Thomas and Molly. Thomas plays football at the University of Alabama, while Molly plays volleyball at the College of Coastal Georgia.
Ron Boreta, a former student-athlete on the golf team at UNLV, has served as President of All-American Sports Park, Inc., the parent company of All-American Golf Center, Inc, since 1992, and has been Chief Executive Officer since August 1994.From 1983 to 1995, Ron served as Chief Executive Officer of Sporting Life Inc., where he was the owner and operator of 75 golf shops that operated under the name of Las Vegas Discount Golf & Tennis.Mr. Boreta and his brother John currently own four retail golf stores in the greater Las Vegas Valley.
David Smallhouse, a fifth generation Tucsonan, graduated from the University of California at Davis with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics and from the University of Arizona with a Master of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics.
David currently is the Managing Director of Miramar Ventures, LLC, a firm involved in agribusiness, real estate, private equity, and venture capital investments. He currently serves as a board member of Playability Toys, Western Alaska Copper & Gold Company and I.Me.Mine Digital.
