A graduate of the University of Arizona, Cisco currently serves as Nevada’s Secretary of State.

Before being elected in 2022, Cisco co-founded Blueprint Sports after a year of working at Adidas Global Headquarters in Germany as a member of the Brand Sustainability Team.

Before his time with Adidas, Cisco served as General Counsel for Agassi/Graf, the management company for professional tennis stars Andre Agassi and Stefanie Graf, and the Andre Agassi Foundation for Education. Nevada Governors Jim Gibbons and Brian Sandoval appointed Cisco to serve on the Nevada Athletic Commission, which regulates boxing and mixed martial arts for three terms. During two of those years, he served as one of the youngest Chairman of the Commission in Nevada State history.

Rob Sine

Partner

A graduate of Penn State University, Rob is a dynamic and creative marketing and revenue chief with over two decades of success at the highest professional sports, live entertainment, and collegiate sports levels. A keynote speaker annually at premier sports, tech, and entertainment conferences, Rob was honored by the Sports Business Journal for being listed as a “Power Player in the Industry.”


Rob’s career spans working with athletes, teams, and organizations a part of the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, NCAA, NASCAR, WNBA, MLS, CFL, and the Pac-12 Conference. Agencies worked with include IMG, Endeavor, Learfield, and AEG.

Allison Monette, MCM

Vice President of Marketing and Communications

Allison Monette serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications. In her role, Monette directs strategic initiatives, branding and marketing across Blueprint’s national portfolio of collectives. An Emmy Award-winning communications professional with more than 16 years of experience, Monette began her career as a television news reporter for the NBC affiliate KNDU-TV in Washington. Since leaving the newsroom, her work has focused on helping nonprofits and government agencies advance their missions through strategic communications, digital marketing and social media. Prior to joining the Blueprint team, Monette served as Director of Communications and Brand Management at Vegas PBS and an adjunct professor at the UNLV Hank Greenspun School of Journalism and Media Studies.

Monette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Spanish from the University of San Diego and a Master of Communication Management degree from the University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. She is a member of the Junior League of Las Vegas, Latinas In Power, Alpha Chi Omega Alumni, and the Las Vegas Innovation Marketing Association. In 2022, Monette was named a “40 under 40” honoree by VEGAS INC. She has received various PRSA Pinnacle Awards, AAF Addy Awards, and Telly Awards.

Shawn Cable

Chief Financial Officer

Shawn serves as Chief Financial Officer of Blueprint Sports & Entertainment. A graduate of UNLV, Shawn brings many years of CFO experience working with the Andre Agassi Foundation for Education and Agassi Graf in Las Vegas, NV.

Before joining Agassi Graf, Shawn worked for Syncon Homes, a regional real estate developer focused on residential homebuilding, commercial & golf course properties, and the Corporate Controller for all divisions. His primary responsibilities were financial reporting, project analysis, and working with government agencies. Before Syncon Homes, Shawn worked for many publicly-held, and private real estate development companies focused on residential and commercial development throughout the United States.

Danh Truong

Chief Technology Officer

Danh serves as Chief Technology Officer for Blueprint Sports & Entertainment. Danh attended the University of Arizona and brings a passion for sports with an expertise in application development, website, graphic design, software coding, and digital design.

A diverse set of career experiences have allowed Danh to amass a wealth of experience facilitating company launches, forging strategic relationships, and promoting scalable business growth. Danh started his first business while still attending the University of Arizona to pay for college. When this venture proved successful, he continued to expand his company’s offerings with several subsidiaries under one umbrella, all serving small businesses’ technology needs within his community.

Hailey Tucker

Digital Media Manager

Hailey serves as the Digital Media Manager. In her role, Hailey oversees all social media strategy for Blueprint Sports and its collectives. Additionally, she creates original content for social media and other digital platforms, while working with each collective to tell its unique story. Hailey most recently worked for AEG as the Social Media Manager for Crypto.com Arena, Microsoft Theater and L.A. LIVE connecting followers with some of the country’s biggest live music events, award shows and sporting events. Previously, Hailey worked with the Southern California Golf Association’s youth foundation helping underserved communities experience the positive benefits of golf. Hailey has also worked with Major League Baseball and the Los Angeles Kings. A graduate of the USC with a degree in journalism, Hailey spent several of her collegiate years as the Sports Editor for the university’s Daily Trojan.

Casey Shaw

Vice President of Sales

Casey Shaw serves as the Vice President of Sales for the West. In this role, he is responsible for setting revenue goals and providing strategic guidance to maximize business opportunities and relationships, along with developing new partnership deals on a regional and national level. Shaw has over two decades of experience as a sports marketing industry executive working for the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sounders Football Club (FC), and IMG/Learfield. During his tenure at the Seahawks, Shaw managed the sales and service teams which contributed to record setting attendance numbers and revenue for the franchise. At the Sounders FC, Shaw sold managed large corporate partnerships while also overseeing the suite and premium seating departments to unprecedented revenue gains.
Prior to joining Blueprint Sports, Shaw spent nearly six years developing and managing multi-media partnerships for University of Washington Athletics working with prominent national and regional brands. He was recognized as a Learfield Chairman’s Club award winner for the 2019-2020 season as a top nationwide revenue producer. Shaw holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Washington. He’s an avid college sports fan and excited to help create opportunities for college athletes.

Matt Lopes

National General Manager

A former student-athlete and graduate of the University of Southern California, Matt is a young and rising leader in the sports business space.

As a football player at USC, Matt was named Second-Team All Pac-12 and Special Teams Player of the Year (USC) in 2017. Most recently, Matt has worked at USC as a Recruiting and Personnel Assistant, served as a position group leader at the 2020 Senior Bowl, conducted research projects regarding NFL prospects and free-agent clients for a top-tier NFL agency, coached at Elite 11 Regional camps and assisted one of the top quarterback trainers in the country in training NFL quarterbacks. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Sports Management at Texas A&M University and is expected to graduate in July 2022.

Tim McLaughlin

Vice President of Donor Relations - East

Tim McLaughlin serves as the Vice President of Donor Relations – East for Blueprint Sports. In this role, he will be responsible for building, cultivating, and soliciting prospects at the major gift or principal level, working closely with the collectives in the East coast region. McLaughlin possesses over 11 years of experience working in college athletics, the first five coaching NCAA men’s basketball at three different institutions, and the latest six working in development and fundraising in various advancing roles at the University of Pennsylvania. In his time at Penn, his team embarked upon the “Game Onward” campaign that raised over $240M for Penn Athletics against a $150M campaign goal. He also served as NAADD Conference Representative for the Ivy League during his tenure at Penn.

McLaughlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management and a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from Wesleyan University. In his time as an undergraduate at Boston College, McLaughlin served as a team manager for the men’s basketball team. In his free time, he likes to read and play pickup basketball.

Chris Asa

Vice President of Donor Relations - West

Chris Asa serves as Vice President of Donor Relations for the West. In this role, he is responsible for building, cultivating, and soliciting major and principal level gifts from donors; working closely with the collectives in the west coast region; and developing engagement, cultivation and stewardship strategies to maximize growth within each collective. Asa has over two decades of executive experience spanning the radio broadcast and collegiate sports landscape, including ticket and sponsorship sales, marketing, fundraising and administration. Most recently serving as Associate AD for Development at Cal State University, Bakersfield Athletics, he developed the fundraising strategy for the department and led the team to record-high giving to the Roadrunner Scholarship Fund, including growing the fund from $630,000 to over $1 million in just two years’ time. Overall giving to the department also increased each year of his tenure.

He’s also overseen fundraising and revenue growth at a variety of universities including Florida State, Florida A&M, and Cal Poly Pomona. Asa loves college athletics and is passionate about creating both educational and economic opportunity for student-athletes all over the country. He’s an active member of NAADD and has served as Big West Conference representative and as a mentor in the Earl Edwards Minority Student-Athlete Development program. A family man, Chris is married to Casey and together they have 2 children, Jude, age 13 and Kennedy, age 9. When not going to sporting events or traveling, in his spare time, Asa is an award-winning homebrewer.

Gary Michalowski

Regional General Manager

Gary serves as the Regional General Manager. In this role he will focus on corporate sponsorship and philanthropic revenue generation, as well as student-athlete engagement scheduling and contracting across various Blueprint Sports properties. Michalowski joins the team with 11 years of experience in college athletics. Before joining Blueprint, Gary most recently held the position of Associate AD, Business Engagement & Philanthropy at the University of Delaware. With numerous advancing roles over his five-year tenure, he played a pivotal role in identifying and strategizing business engagement opportunities while also leading the event and ticket sales teams. This work resulted in an annual revenue of over $4MM.

Prior to his time at Delaware, Gary served as the Assistant AD of Sports Operations at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX. Gary’s earlier experience includes a position as the Director of Operations/Sponsorship Fulfillment for the Gazelle Group in Princeton, NJ. Here, he managed and executed over 40 sponsorship accounts, amounting to $1MM+ in revenue. A proud graduate of the University of Delaware, Gary holds a strong passion for both his professional and personal life. In his free time, he enjoys exploring new destinations alongside his wife, Kate, and their two children, Gannon and Isla.

Marina Bain

Communications Specialist

Marina Bain is a passionate storyteller and sports communications specialist who most recently served as the Content Marketing Manager at NRPR Group, where she worked on public relations and content initiatives for sport and entertainment clients such as the Oakland Roots SC, Dappz Sports, LA Comic Con, and more. Prior to her stint in the agency world, she was an Event Marketing Manager for the Mina Group, a high-end hospitality company that operates over 50 restaurants nationwide. There, she worked with notable figures to market and execute events for the likes of Ayesha and Steph Curry, the Obama Foundation, Chase Center, and more, all while moonlighting as a middle school basketball coach. She has also worked or interned for world-renowned organizations like NASCAR and the LA Sparks. 

Marina obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of Santa Cruz, and her M.S. in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco. Now, she is proud and excited to have joined a mission-driven organization that empowers student-athletes with life-changing NIL opportunities.

Nate Brown

General Manager

Nate Brown is the General Manager of Zags Collective, leading the charge to help amplify the opportunities for the Gonzaga student-athletes through NIL partnerships with local charities, fans and businesses. With over a decade of experience in the professional sports industry and as a former business owner in Spokane, Nate is a seasoned professional who knows what it takes to succeed. Most recently, he served as the National Sales Director for a prominent west-coast real estate company, where he was responsible for driving growth and retention. With a deep understanding of sales and marketing, Nate brings a wealth of knowledge to the table and is always seeking innovative ways to drive revenue and create partnerships.With a passion for ensuring the success of student-athletes both on and off the field, Nate is dedicated to providing the necessary resources to keep Gonzaga competitive on the national stage. He understands the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with the community and local businesses, and works to maximize opportunities for Gonzaga’s student-athletes. As the son of two Gonzaga alumni, including a father who was a baseball pitcher and also a coach for the school, Nate has a great connection to the university and a passion for ensuring its continued success. Outside of work, Nate enjoys spending time with family, including his wife Jessica and their 16-year-old daughter Brooklynn and 12-year-old son Marcus. When not working or spending time with family, you can find Nate at any one of the amazing golf courses in Spokane, honing his swing!

Mike Smith

General Manager

Mike Smith joined Micconope 1851 in March 2023 and is excited to be the General Manager and looks forward to working with Blueprint Sports increase NIL revenue generation for Florida State University student-athletes. Smith comes to Micconope 1851 from Catawba College where he held the title as the Senior Director of Athletics, Development. Prior to working in Athletics at Catawba College, Mike served as the Associate Athletics Director for External Relations at Charleston Southern University. Smith has an impressive background in the collegiate athletics industry, having held senior level development and corporate sponsorship sales roles at The University of Southern Mississippi, Limestone University, the Sun Belt Conference, Florida Atlantic University, and with multimedia rights-holders Tele South Communications at the University of Mississippi, Learfield Sports at UNC Chapel Hill, and with International Sports Properties at Georgia Tech. Smith is a graduate of North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina, and holds a master’s degree in Business Management from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In his new role here at Micconppe 1851, Smith will be responsible for raising major gifts for NIL deals as well as securing NIL corporate sponsorships for Florida State University student-athletes. Mike looks forward to helping ensure the FSU student-athletes have the resources and leadership opportunities to remain competitive nationally and positioned for success well beyond graduation. Mike is married to Katy Smith; the couple looks forward to relocating to Tallahassee, Florida, and becoming a part of the Micconope 1851 and Seminole family!
